At Valle Sporting Goods, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused sporting goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, protective wraps, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
